Healthy Foods

The food pyramid created by the USDA to help people stay healthy is as much about physical excersize than eating right. You should emphasize fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products. Eating right can prevent the chance of getting diseases like heart disease and many more. Eating a diet rich in fruit and vegetables prevent the risk of strokes. Grains are also a very important factor in staying healthy. An average person should have at least 30 minutes of excercise daily.

In a bag of Famous Amos cookies, one of the ingredients are TBHQ. TBHQ is a highly effective perservative for unsaturated vegetabllly a health hazard. A person would have to have deliberatly tae oils and many edible animal fats. In the past it has had some negative health effects on lab animals, such as precursors to stomach tumors and damage to DNA. It can be very hazardous to a persons health if larger doses are given to them. In small proportions though, they are not reaken large doses of this to see and negative side affects.'
